Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Doodlekin. The service is operated by Code by Bleckert AB in Stockholm. When we write “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Code by Bleckert AB. The terms are written to be readable, but they are still important.
The service
Doodlekin helps families turn photos and ideas into friendly drawing references and save them on a shared canvas. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account and household
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your sign-in details secure. An adult must create and manage the account. Only invite people who should have access to the household’s content, and remember that everyone in the household can see what is shared there.
Your content
Photos, drawing ideas, and anything else you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display the content as needed for Doodlekin to work, including making it available to people in your household and sending it to an AI provider when you use an AI feature.
Do not upload unlawful content, material that infringes someone else’s rights, or images of people that you do not have the right to use. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break this rule or put the service or others at risk.
AI-generated results
Doodles and other AI-generated results can be unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Always review a result before showing it to a child or using it further. Doodlekin offers a creative starting point, not professional advice or a guarantee of a particular result.
Availability and changes
Doodlekin is provided as is. We work to keep the service safe and reliable, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or completely free of errors. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the service develops. Keep your own copies of anything that cannot be replaced.
Ending your use
You can stop using Doodlekin at any time. To delete your entire account, contact hola@tobiasbleckert.se . We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or create a risk for others.
Liability, law, and changes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost content. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected. Swedish law applies to these terms.
We may update these terms as Doodlekin develops. For meaningful changes, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate. Questions can be sent to hola@tobiasbleckert.se .
